It was the year 1959, in a small and picturesque town in the Valley of Mexico, where a young man made a living selling tacos and traditional Mexican snacks at a modest bus station. The delicious aroma of his tacos drew in travelers who came from all corners of Mexico to pause on their journey.
This young man, with more dreams than certainties, added a touch of hope to each dish — the hope that those who tasted it would carry a warm and flavorful memory with them.
Years passed, and that young man never gave up. Through hard work and an unwavering love for Mexican cuisine, he not only built a family business, but a lasting legacy. Days and nights of effort became part of his story.
That dedication inspired the next generation, who took up the torch with the same passion and love, working tirelessly to preserve the spirit of those early days at the bus station.
And so began the growth of this proudly 100% Mexican company — one that went on to win not only a place in the national market, but more importantly, a place in the hearts of every one of its guests. It didn’t matter if visitors came from far away or lived just around the corner; all found something special in that little Mexican corner.
Today, our mission remains the same. We strive to surprise and delight our guests with warmth, hospitality, and quality food served in an atmosphere that brings back the charm of a small Mexican town — the Mexico of our dreams and memories. The Mexico that unites us and makes us proud.
At Los Cochinitos, we aim to be a place where human warmth and traditional flavors come together to create a space where families and friends can gather, laugh, and enjoy an authentic experience filled with the Mexico we all carry in our hearts.
At Los Cochinitos, serving food is just a pretext — an invitation to share a little piece of our history, our culture, and our tradition.
At Los Cochinitos, we must always reflect the Mexico we all dream of.
